Happy Mothers’ Day one and all! To celebrate this extremely important occasion (if you forgot to send a card, give her a ring – quick!) we took a look at all the achievements of our top yummy mummies in the celebsphere. Who runs the world? Girls!
What kind of read would this be if we didn’t include our lord and saviour, Queen B. Bey has been through the wars when it comes to motherhood, talking openly about the heart breaking miscarriage she experienced before falling pregnant with Blue. Not one to be knocked down easily, Bey not only went on to mother twins but also wrote, recorded and released her iconic album, Lemonade. Bow down, ladies.
If ever there was a woman who slayed at life, it’s our girl Chrissy. With talent, wit and beauty on her side this lady is a force to be reckoned with. Her no-nonsense attitude and fearless tendency to fire back at haters on twitter has earnt the reputation of a fully-blown bad ass bitch. Chrissy, we love you. Never change.
A new mummy on the block, Binky first won our hearts with her sweetness and charm on reality TV series, Made in Chelsea. She’s gone on to work with Reebok, released her own line with In The Style, and was signed to modelling agency Select models. Despite facing public criticism about her rollercoaster relationship with JP, the pair have come out on top with gorgeous daughter, India, who was literally made in Chelsea. Ha. Ha.
With everything we want (what we really really want) Vicky B has the life everyone dreams of. With her chic style and iconic pout, Queen Vic is the pinnacle of sophistication. Plus, alongside her business ventures and celeb status she has a beautiful family who endlessly compliment her on how great she is as a mum. Oh, and did I mention her husband is the David Beckham (swoon)?
What. A. Woman. Now, I love Barak at the best of times, but who would he be without Michelle? Working to inspire girls across the world, Michelle headed the campaign Let Girls Learn to encourage young women to stay in and get the most out of their education. Michelle was also the first African American first lady and has also campaigned for issues such as poverty, health and nutrition, and the importance of exercise.
King Kim wears the crown when it comes to, shall we say, creative baby names. Kim might have come into the limelight for slightly less reputable reasons than Ms Obama, but now she works as a business guru under the watchful eye of (equally as commendable) mama Kris. With selfies to die for and an astounding ability to break the internet, Kim is the definition of the term yummy mummy.
